Customer Satisfaction Survey
Each year, CI conducts a survey of all subscribers, the results of which are shared with subscribers and with plan sponsors.
Horizon™ Model Independent Review
Our objective process and calculation of results were independently
reviewed by Ashland Partners & Company, LLP.
Founded in 1992, Ashland offers compliance verification, consulting, and
performance examination services for the investment management industry.
Their engagement, concluded in 2006, was conducted in accordance with
attestation practices generally accepted in the United States.

Data Redundancy
CI provides remote site redundancy. We can seamlessly operate remotely from any location if needed. Systems are backed up in real-time to remote data centers in the Dallas metro area. The collocated facility is Grade AA rated according to the standards set by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Continuity of Operations Plan
All operations and technical manuals needed to run the business and the Horizon™ model are kept on file with the firm's corporate attorney, Thompson Coburn Fagel Haber at their Chicago office.
