Horizon™ is a fixed-fee service. We bill subscribers directly and are paid from non-retirement assets, keeping the participant's entire retirement plan balance intact. The result is a significantly lower overall cost to the participant.
The regular non-subsidized corporate price is $600 per subscribed participant, per year.
In order to encourage the greatest participation, we offer a 50% discount to any participant with a plan balance of less than $10,000 at the time of enrollment for a period of 3 years.
For plan sponsors with 1,000 or more plan participants who choose to offer the Horizon™ service as a subsidized benefit, discounted fees will be negotiated depending on enrollment size.
Compass Investors cautions plan sponsor against providing the benefit "free of charge" to plan participants as our research has shown that plan participants are less likely to use a service when they are not paying something for it.
The turnkey option allows individual plan participants to pay for their subscription using a credit card or bank draw. When paid via PayPal, these options provide for automatic renewal ensuring no Action Report is ever missed.
Alternatively, subscribers may pay for their subscription using a personal check or money order.
For plan sponsors wishing to subsidize the subscription, customized billing arrangements will be made directly with the plan sponsor based on the number of enrolled participants and the billing method preferred by the plan sponsor.
