You may only access one subscriber account at a time per browser.
If you need to sign in to multiple subscriber accounts simultaneously,
then please use a different browser for each subsequent account.
Remember that your User Name and Password are both
cAsE sEnSItive.
Do NOT cut and paste your User Name or Password as it often introduces extra spaces after the pasted text, which causes the login to fail. Manually type
your User Name and Password.
Steps to recover your User Name and/or Password
1. Select your HORIZONTMService from the drop-down list below
2. Enter EITHER one of the E-mail addressesor the User Name on your account
3. Click the Continue button
4. On the next screen, answer your Password Recovery Question and click the Continue button.
